Ruus Management provides professional digital agency services, including:

- Customer Care Delegation: Well trained Customer service agents managing live chat, email support, and client inquiries.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete business information.
- Grant necessary administrative access to social media accounts or customer support platforms.
- Review content, strategies, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Comply with all third-party platform policies and applicable laws.
Payments, Billing & Refunds
Fees are billed upfront according to the selected service plan. All payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment gateways (PayPal and Flutterwave). Due to the high-quality, labor-intensive nature of digital agency services and human capital deployment, all payments are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced or onboarding has been scheduled, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. Failure to make timely payments may result in immediate suspension of services.
AI Chatbot Usage
Our website utilizes an AI-powered chatbot designed to assist with general inquiries and navigation. While we strive for accuracy, the information provided by the AI assistant is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a legally binding agreement, quote, or guarantee of service until confirmed directly by a human representative of Ruus Management.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, and strategies created by Ruus Management remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon successful payment, clients receive a full license to use the delivered content for their business purposes.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep completely confidential any non-public business, financial, or proprietary information shared during the course of the business engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the notice period outlined in your specific service agreement. Ruus Management reserves the right to terminate access immediately for violations of these terms, harassment of our staff, or illegal activities.
